Infrastructure

Infrastructure is what is needed to enhance interoperability.

Layer Zero

Say welcome to interoperability with Layer Zero.

Here to facilitate interactions between chains, Layer Zero is made of an ecosystem with 99 dapps.

Learn more about Layer Zero and Horizen on the Horizen blog.

Ankr

Ankr proposes an RPC interface that is essential for interacting with nodes in a decentralized network. It allows developers, dApps, and users to query data, send transactions, and interact with smart contracts on the blockchain.

Find here the dedicated RPC for Horizen EON.

Flair

Flair offers reusable indexing primitives (such as fault-tolerant RPC ingestors, custom processors, and re-org-aware database integrations) to make it easy to receive, transform, store, and access your on-chain data.

1RPC

1RPC is a free service that protects Web3 users’ data from being exposed when they interact with the blockchain, all with just one click. It’s an RPC relay that provides on-chain verification. The security is backed by a special system that checks both the hardware and software to ensure everything is safe and trustworthy.

Bridges

Bridges are used to move tokens from one blockchain to another one.

Archon Bridge

The Archon bridge protocol facilitates the transfer of various cryptocurrencies including ETH, WBTC, WZEN, USDT, USDC, DAI, and LINK, between the Horizen EON network and the Ethereum and Avalanche networks.

Connect your MetaMask and go to the Archon Bridge to start.

Wanchain

Wanchain has a wide choice of blockchains and cryptocurrencies to bridge. Wanchain provides the infrastructure for 35 different blockchains and 114 digital assets.

The bridge is available for Horizen EON.

NFT

Kuswap is the marketplace to go for Horizen EON.

Wallets

Wallets are necessary if you want to use DeFi services. Wallets store your keys, protect them, and permit you to interact with dapps. Note that if you want to participate in several networks and airdrops, it’s recommended to have several wallets.

MetaMask

MetaMask is the most well-known browser wallet.

You can protect the addresses you use on dapps thanks to your Ledger. Follow the guide to learn how to do that.

You can also find some documentation about MetaMask on Horizen EON docs.

Rabby Wallet

Rabby Wallet is loved amongst mobile wallet users. EVM-chains-compatible, this wallet can interact will a lot of dapps.

WalletConnect

User experience is made easy with WalletConnect. It’s a tool for developers who want to bring seamless experiences to their users.

Rainbow

Less known than MetaMask and Rabby, Rainbow is getting more and more interoperability with dapps over time. Their focus is on user experience.

Safe

Safe Wallet’s key differentiator is multi-signature support combined with smart contract-based asset management, making it significantly more secure for organizations or individuals managing large amounts of crypto.

Math Wallet

Math Wallet’s key differentiator is its multi-chain compatibility. It can be used by more than 200 blockchains and not only EVM ones.

Security

Revoke.cash

When using dapps like Uniswap or OpenSea you have to permit them to spend your tokens and NFTs. This is called token approval. If you don’t revoke these approvals, the dapp can spend your tokens forever. Revoke.cash permits you to revoke approvals.

Revoke.cash made a video to explain the process.

Immunefi

Immunefi is another place for developers who want to participate in some projects and be rewarded for their efforts.

A Horizen bug bounty is available.

API

APIs like Covalent and Tatum make blockchain development easier by providing ready-made tools. They save developers from the hassle of writing complex code to interact with different blockchains. With these APIs, you can access blockchain data or build apps faster and more easily. They support multiple blockchains, meaning you don’t need to learn each one separately. It’s like having shortcuts to create powerful crypto tools!

Covalent

Covalent’s key feature is its unified API, which gives developers access to rich, multi-chain blockchain data without needing to understand or interact with different blockchain protocols individually.

You can find Horizen on Covalent.

Tatum

On Tatum’s side, the goal is to simplify blockchain app development by offering pre-built functionalities like smart contract deployment, wallet management, and transaction automation across multiple blockchains.

Access Horizen EON’s RPC nodes, APIs, and more tools on Tatum

.

Oracles

Oracles are used to bring off-chain data — data that exists outside the blockchain — into the blockchain ecosystem, allowing smart contracts to interact with real-world information like prices, weather, or events.

Pyth

Pyth specializes in providing high-fidelity, real-time market data, mainly from traditional financial sources (like stock exchanges and trading firms), making it ideal for DeFi projects that rely on accurate, low-latency price feeds.

Band Protocol

Band Protocol focuses on flexibility and scalability, offering a decentralized oracle network that pulls data from a wide range of off-chain sources. It’s blockchain-agnostic, meaning it supports multiple chains and use cases beyond just financial data, such as sports, weather, and gaming data.

Excellent Compilation

This is an excellent compilation. I’d love to see weekly app spotlights so that we can continue the education and drive usage into the projects that have taken the plunge with us on EON (and soon Horizen 2.0).

Every project deploying on our systems should be viewed as a valuable customer that we do everything we can to add value to. Regular spotlights and community education about what’s available is at least one thing we can do.
