I love the new colors, design, and content focus. It feels like we’re getting back to our roots with the privacy focus and doing it in a modern, relevant way.

love going back to the roots! Privacy, decentralization, trustless systems are all super important in the past present and future and the OG Cypherpunk big brained and visionary spirit has always been alive and present here since the OG Zencash days!

Looks great team, but unfortunately a number of people have reported that the links to the Sphere wallets and wallets page, https://www.horizen.io/wallets, doesn’t exist anymore

Looks like the site was updated this morning with a link to the Sphere wallet.

Thanks team

Hi everyone,
First off, congrats to the team on launching the new Horizen website, it looks fantastic!
Clear emphasis on privacy and decentralization.

It’s my first time in the forum but I’m an old Horizen’s follower (I’ve been running a node since 2018).

So, because I’m a growth marketeer and have experience in SEO, I noticed something that could be addressed to make the website even better. While browsing through Google’s index and testing some site links, I came across several 404 errors (pages not found) for some URLs. It’s common when a website is revamped but it can affect both search engine rankings and, more importantly, UX.

For example, I was transferring ZEN to EOS and I bumped into the broken sphere page https://www.horizen.io/wallets/spherebyhorizen and as @Psyrax already flagged, the wallets page https://www.horizen.io/wallets. Both reports a 404 error.

But there are other URLs that still need fixing to avoid frustrating new visitors or hurting visibility on Google.

I’d be happy to share with the team the list the URLs I found if it helps, or even offer a few suggestions for how to handle these issues, like setting up proper redirects (301s) or updating the sitemap submitted to Google.

My suggestion is to fix these quickly before google removes the old URLs from their index.

Let me know how I can assist further!

Cheers,
Alexios
