# ZenIP 42406 Addendum:  Proposing a Bold Leap Forward to Base for $ZEN and EON

Hi Zain, Since BASE does not have collator nodes, would the addendum for migrating to BASE affect _“The New Tokenomics of Horizen 2.0”_ that was passed in ZenIP 42407? I assume other than the infrastructure cost going down it remains unchanged, but I want to confirm since it is not mentioned.
