# Wrong wallet password

Today I tried to withdraw ZEN from Sphere by Horizen and it says wrong wallet password. The password is, of course, correct. Windows Version  
1.20.0 need help

Account details for sphere are stored locally on each computer, If the username and/or password doesn’t work you will need to create a new account in solvers and restore using your seed phrase
