Hi [@everyone](https://horizen.discourse.group/groups/everyone), Voting on ZenIP 42401 is now live!

Be sure to head on over to Snapshot to cast your vote: [Snapshot](https://snapshot.org/#/horizenfoundationtechnical.eth/proposal/0x02ca6afb68dd86480ccb20703535b0d7cb7690e4f32a709411f8a2a5dc8800bb)

It proposes lowering the thresholds required for both submitting and achieving a quorum of votes for technical and non-technical improvement proposals.

Check out our blog post for additional details about this proposal and to review the exact proposed changes to the various thresholds: [ZenIP 42401 - Updating Proposal and Quorum Thresholds - Horizen Blog](https://blog.horizen.io/zenip-42401-updating-proposal-and-quorum-thresholds/)
