This section is used to discuss proposals before they become ZenIPs.

This can be either a discussion about the need to do research and start a ZenIP IDEA, or to submit Requests For Proposals (RFPs).

RFPs and proposals are not ZenIPs. See the ZenIP section to learn more about the ZenIP process.
